I am making a video featuring Beliebers that want Justin to follow them on Twitter! All you need to do is make a short video explaining how much you love Justin and why a follow from him would be so important to you. Once you make the video, all you need to do is upload it to youtube and send me the link (you will have to send the link to my email since we cant post links in ask boxes on tumblr.
